The Minett Park is delighted to welcome you back. To mark the start of this promising new season, we’re organizing an artisans’ and artists’ market, where you can discover a variety of unique and talented creations. A multitude of stands showcasing the talent and creativity of local artisans and renowned artists. You’ll have the opportunity to discover a wide range of unique creations, from clothing to jewelry, beauty products, illustrations, wood and textile crafts, tattoos, paintings and ceramics. Whether you’re passionate about art, design or simply looking for original pieces to enrich your home, you’re sure to find what you’re looking for among the treasures on display at our market.
Soak up the picturesque atmosphere of Minett Park with a steam train ride on Train 1900 through lush countryside.
Departures from Pétange – Fond-de-Gras: 1.15pm, 2.15pm*, 3.15pm, 4.15pm*, 5.15pm, 6.15pm*.
Departures Fond-de-Gras – Pétange: 12h45, 13h20*, 14h45, 15h40*, 16h45, 17h40*, 18h20 (* steam locomotive)
And for an even more immersive experience, don’t miss the trip aboard the “Minièresbunn” mining train. This excursion will take you deep into the mine, allowing you to discover the fascinating history of mining in the region. Three departures: 3:00 pm, 4:00 pm and 5:00 pm
In addition to rail adventures, Minett Park offers an entertaining and educational treasure hunt, perfect for the whole family or a group of friends. Armed with your smartphone, embark on an adventure full of challenges, riddles and questions that will immerse you in the site’s captivating history. And to keep your strength up, Hyde Pizza and Entre Nous Gin will be serving up their delicacies, as will our charming Fond-de-Gras station, offering grilled meats, homemade cakes and refreshments throughout the day.
