Day of the Draisines

Embark on an adventure aboard a handcar, on the railway tracks traditionally traveled by the impressive steam locomotives of the Train 1900.

Take the controls and be amazed by the landscapes unfolding before your eyes, between Fond-de-Gras and Fuussbësch. After a pleasant ride of about 30 minutes on the handcar, followed by a short 5-minute walk to reach the Lamadelaine Mill, a guided tour will reveal the secrets of the device’s operation and the miller’s life. Finally, take the handcar back for a leisurely return to Fond-de-Gras.
