Just near Fond-de-Gras lies one of these former open-pit mines, commonly known as “Giele Botter.” Our experienced guide will take you through this vast area, now transformed into a nature reserve.

Its geology, history, and the impact of human activity make this UNESCO World Heritage site a must-see. The nature walk offers many interesting discoveries, including various biotopes and ongoing conservation efforts.
