Special Day at Fond-de-Gras – Diesel & Steam!
On Sunday, September 6, on the occasion of the Train 1900 Open House, Fond-de-Gras invites you to a railway experience unlike any other: an immersion into the heart of historic Diesel locomotives from the 1950s.
An exceptional fleet in action. The featured Diesel locomotives come from the 1604 Classics association, specially brought in to run on the Fond-de-Gras tracks for the event. And so as not to forget our roots, a steam locomotive from Train 1900 will also be running, creating a spectacular contrast between two emblematic railway eras.
The Minièresbunn will, of course, also be running, completing the unique atmosphere of the railway valley.
Musical and gourmet atmosphere guaranteed thanks to the station buffet and entertainment throughout the day.
