The subtle association of place, music, movement and breath allows you to get in touch with your sacred space. An alternation of different rhythms and energies will lead you to move in a meditative way.
Much more than words… it is an experience to live for a moment of tranquility, lightness, fluidity in an intimate atmosphere.
