Discover the exhibition ‘Mir brenne fir de Benevolat’ – an artistic tribute to the Minett Park volunteers.
The 17 impressive linocuts by Luxembourg artist Damien Giudice evoke the passion and commitment of the Minièresbunn and Train 1900 associations, dedicated to preserving the local industrial heritage.
The exhibition consists of two series of images: one devoted to work in the mines, the other to period rail transport. Each image is authentic, rich in detail and full of emotion. An emblematic place links these two worlds: the ore crossing, where the two associations meet. This symbolic location is also featured on the official Minett Park 2025 poster.
The exhibition creates a bridge between the past and the present, highlighting both the industrial heritage and the work of today’s volunteers. Each image pays tribute to those who devote their free time to preserving this history.
By buying postcards or original prints, you are supporting the valuable work of the two associations.
Let yourself be touched by the art, history and commitment of the volunteers – and you too can help keep the memory of our heritage alive.
An invitation to marvel, give thanks and get involved.
