As part of the exhibition “Mir brenne fir de Benevolat” at Hall Paul Wurth in Fond-de-Gras, artist Damien Giudice offers an exciting insight into his creative process through the workshop “Cut by Cut: Your Artwork on Paper”. The workshop is dedicated to the technique of linocut printing – step by step, he guides participants through the creation of a design – from the first sketch, through the cutting process, to the final print on paper. At the end of the workshop, each participant will go home with their own unique print.
Biography
Damien Giudice (28), also known as BOY FROM HOME, is a young designer and musician from Luxembourg, renowned for his unique linocut art, deeply inspired by botany, wildlife, and mystical hybrid creatures.
With a strong background in graphic design, he blends academic knowledge with artistic expression to create exceptional works. His creations range from aesthetic analogue prints and stylish t-shirt designs for bands to sophisticated visual identities for brands and businesses. A versatile artist, Damien has already left a lasting mark on Luxembourg’s art and design scene.
