Oldtimer Exhibition

8th edition of the Oldtimer exhibition (11:00-19:00)

Having had 130 cars participating last year, the “Vintage Car Day” attracted a large crowd of enthusiasts who were able to admire fascinating cars in a particular historic and natural setting. This summer, this unique marriage between steam locomotives and vintage cars could only be repeated. The Fond-de-Gras site will welcome an outstanding collection of vintage cars from before 1970, pampered by collectors from all over the Greater Region.

As for the visitors, we couldn’t imagine a more delightful way than to join the Fond-de-Gras with the Train 1900, from its departure platform in Pétange (rue de Niederkorn, free parking). The scheduled departures are at 10:30, 11:50, 13:15, 14:15, 15:15, 16:15, 17:15

The mining train “Minièresbunn”, which leads you through an impressive journey in the heart of the mine, will count four departures: at 11:15, 15:00, 16:00 and 17:00

Inside the charming train station from Fond-de-Gras, grilled meats, fries, homemade cakes and refreshments will be available throughout the day.

Musical entertainment

For historical vehicle owners: For each displayed vehicle you are entitled to a ticket for the Train 1900, a drink and a light meal.
